Are you certain that the USB cable from the back of the controller to your phone is a data cable, and not just a charging cable?

Hi Marco, Page 4 of the Anafi manual version 2.6.2 has the QR codes for Android and IOS. If you are talking about your serial number, you can find it under the battery next to the SD card holder. In the Anafi case, there is all the info you need on a sticker in the bottom of the case as shown...
