It's not unusual for me - I've had a few updates seemingly hang on occasion. I shut everything down, restarted the software and everything was fine and the update was there. Good luck! Cheers, Bud

Pix4D makes beautiful ortho photos also. Not sure if it is necessary but we took photos with the camera straight down and lots of overlap. Extend your photo coverage well outside your area of interest to avoid any distortion along the edges. Pix4D isn't cheap but it is excellent. Cheers, Bud

I've been using the Google Pixel 2 18W wall charger and it charges up the Anafi battery from roughly 15% in about 90 minutes. You can pick them up from Walmart and Amazon for $15, and even less on eBay. It comes with a nice sturdy cable too.
