Yes it hovers left and right when near ground. This is because it uses optical flow GPS and also the phone and controller . However when in the sky and just using the control and phone it doesn't . Hopefully they work on this in future updates . Mine isn't so bad . Captain drone on YouTube...

The drone will drift if the two GPS are not in green mode . Top of phone screen both must be green . I tried my first flight in my house and it went left towards the wall had to run and catch it . The controller is always fastest to get green GPS . The drone takes usually another minute or so...

Did you use fake GPS like others to get on that? I am in Asia now and heading back to Vietnam in two weeks . I was finding that I had signal issues too . Be great if I can get on them channels. Thanks

This is my edit here in Vietnam I have been flying very low on the sea you can see on the last few scenes from this edit . The controller broke whilst in Vietnam. So most of this was done using my mobile and it's weak range . About 70 meters it cuts out . But no issues what's so ever close to water.

A great feature for this update is you can frame a subject in cameraman and follow me . Top bottom left right etc. Someone pointed out to me earlier and this isn't on any drone yet I think !
