What if you dont have the drone to send back haha, did you just send back controller and case\box\charger cable? I contacted JB HiFi and they said I need an RA number from Parrot :(

Hey Mate I'm from Australia and my Anafi fell out of the sky during a flightplan. Did parrot give you an RA number to take into JB Hi-Fi or did they just send you a replacement directly? I'm going through Parrot support now

My fell out of the sky during a flightplan right after updating\calibrating, did not return home. I've done this plan many times. Drone lost :( I've logged it with parrot to see what they can do.

I have seen some high discharge Panasonic 18650 battery cells that are 3.7V 3500mah 20A max drain, so you could use these x 2 to get a flight time of about 32minutes Just need to figure out what the other 8 pins on the battery pack do im guessing some are for the usb-c and maybe there is 2 pins...

Well it is a french designed drone :D. Not much advertising in Australia for the parrot. DJI pay for all the displays in the electronic stores

Ah thanks I couldn't see it, has anyone tried a custom battery pack yet? Seems its using 2 x 18650 cells at 3.7-3.8V. I wonder if it can tell if its a genuine battery its kind of annoying the power button is on the battery lol
