When i first got my drone it did not turn on until i plugged the battery in for a second. the battery was in 'winter mode' and needed to wake up. this happens after 10 days of inactivity. Perhaps you have a wonky battery?

Thanks! Went out today between gusts of rain and wind and got some dry flying in. Fun copter, quick and agile. Camera is nice too. Looking forward to getting good at flying it.
