Thanks for getting back to me. It took 3 charges to get it to 59% (the charger shuts off saying it's full) the previous charges seemed to shut off at not much more than 20%. How do I test the voltage and what should it be when fully charged ? Is this a test for a broken battery ? It's a Parrot...

Can't take off. The drone motors power up for a couple of seconds then it stops and shuts down. Battery reads as having 59% after a full charge but I'm wondering if the battery is broken and this is some sort of safely feature. Any advice
