What version of free flight 5 if I can ask? Do you have full functionality with your drone? I can install the program...just cannot connect to the drone at all.

Looks like I have the latest firmware already. What version of Android is the FreeFlight 5.2.7 supported on?

My machine (Win 10 Pro (22H2)) shows the drone as unknown USB Device (descriptor request failed). Tried on a Windows 11 LAPTOP As well...same thing. I guess firmware is going to have to wait. I also went to an old Pixel 3XL (Android 11) with FreeFlight 5.2.7 and I cannot connect to the drone...

dumb question. can I update the firmware by directly connecting drone to PC or does it have to be done with the app?

So this worked for me (kinda). I have a Pixel 7 and a Mambo drone. I use it with the Flypad controller. I can connect to the Flypad via bluetooth from my phone, however the button mapping function does not work at all.
