You can call you lucky that you got a response from Parrot support. I've only got a reply from a bot that someone would try to contact me within 48 hours which never happened. :-(

The issue is definitely related to the iPhone 11 (Pro in my case) and not related to iOS13 (which is the default system the iPhone 11 was shipped). I meanwhile updated my iPhone X to iOS 13 and it does not show the issue in FPV mode. On Parrot's site the iPhone 11 is not listed as a compatible...

IMO the iPhone 11 Pro has the same screen resolution as the iPhone X. Neither is really 4K. Either it is something else in the hardware of the iPhone 11 Pro or it is iOS 13 related. I hesitate to upgrade my older iPhone to iOS 13 because it is currently the only one that is useable in FPV mode.

On an iPhone 11 Pro in FPV mode I get only 2 tiny thumbnail size video displays. About a quarter of what I see on other phones. Thus FPV is not useable on that phone. Has anybody seen the same issue or read about it elsewhere?

Does anyone know how Freeflight knows that a series of photos belongs to a panorama? Is it metadata inside the individual pictures or somewhere inside a proprietary database? Where on the phone is the stitched panorama stored and what is the file format of the final panorama? Does the final...

Autostich completed the Pano successfully which Freeflight refused to stitch. Nice. The output is a flat JPEG with somewhat warped top and bottom though. Does it need some conversion or will an app that is capable of displaying spherical panoramas work directly with this JPEG?

Thanks. Had already downloaded it but so far had no time to play with it. Seems there is not much you can adjust. So it is hit or miss. It either works automatically or not, right? Will give it a try.

Occasionally have errors with 360° panos in Freeflight and like to try with an external stitcher. I‘ve read someone had success with Ice but I‘m on Mac. In another thread someone used Autopano Giga but it is no more available. Any other suggestions that work preferably on Mac or iOS or Android?
