Arjan, Thanks so much! Hmm... I think for now as close to stock/straight-out-of-camera as possible. If you have both RAW+JPEG, great, if not, JPEG is fine! Whatever the normal/stock camera angle is (if there is such a thing).

I've upstreamed this to the OpenDroneMap developers, so thank you! I'll let you know if we need anything further for the Anafi Thermal. And if you don't mind keeping an eye out for Bebop Pro Thermal, I would be quite grateful!
