180° tilt 4K camera gimbal

The tilt camera is not moving at all. Any suggestions.

When I try to use the tilt control the camera does not move. There is also no movement in the gimbal when the Anafi is powered on.

Try a reset of the drone.
If no success, give it back to the vendor.
