I just bought a Parrot Anafi Ai can not connect to 4G. I found that Verizon here in the states is the preferred network. They dont recognize the IMEI and want the EID number which I can not find. I have been all through this with Verizon support and Drone Nerds Tech support and they are researching the problem. I found your forum so I thought I would ask if anybody else has had this issue?
than you for any advice you might have in advance.
Update
The Sim card I bought from Walmart for Verizon was not in the company data base and after some work with the Verizon customer service people we were able to get it going and wow that was easy once we got over that hill
This is my first professional drone, and I am enjoying it can't wait to advance to higher level cameras
