Anafi battery problem

Hi,
I buy a anifi and comes with 3 batteries. With 3 works fine but with one dont take off. I try do a reset in battery but the problem stills there

Did you buy this second-hand or New? only option would be to go back to your supplier if you suspect one of them is duff

I buy it new....I think on that but not sure if I miss something. Thanks

If you purchased new, and you have followed the same process as the other 2 working batteries, then I would be contacting the supplier, sooner rather than later.

If you have the other 2 charged and working, then I cannot see that you have done anything wrong.

As a matter of interest, how many lights is it displaying when you press the button? How long have you charged it for and presume you get the lights flashing showing "charging" ?

Charges normally and at ends shows all green leds on like others

So if its showing as a normal charged batter, what symptoms are you getting when you connect it up to the Anafi?..... presume just not starting?

Have you checked the terminals to ensure they are ok, comparing them with a good battery

When i connect to anifi it connects like any other battery. The anifi start works and connects to the controller but when I press take off the anifi dont do nothing

Tats very odd. And if you plug in one of the others, the Anafi works fine and takes off. So it seems the battery is not sending the correct information to allow it to fly.

I would speak to your supplier and get it swapped out.

short press.....like two others. ......i just give a long press when i do the reset
