Hi,

I have several issues related to the cam:

1-When i rotate the anafi camera up or down when in flight, the cam returns to its original position without any command,
2-In the cameraman option, when i draw a rectangle around a moving object, the cam does not follow

Does any one have an idea about it ?

Thanks

Hi,
Point 1: did you test to push left hand parrot controller button ? Had you got the same camera move?
Point 2: only camera that don't follow ? Does the drone follow in other axis?

Not that it will definitely solve the problem but I would start be doing making sure you are on latest firmware and if you are..... do a hard reset.

Yea when i push it it does return to the original point. But in my case it returns without pushing the left button.
Regarding point 2, am not using follow me, but the cameraman option, but no the drone does follow on its own even

Will check the latest firmware on my drone. But in case it is updated how do you do a hard reset ?

Simple enough to try. Good luck

Hard Reset - Drone
Power ANAFI on (short press on the battery’s power button).
Wait for the gimbal to calibrate (or for the gimbal calibration to fail).
Press and hold the battery’s power button: after 8 seconds the battery’s LED light up in red, one after the other.
When the 4 LED are red, release the battery’s power button: ANAFI powers off briefly then reboots.
Check the contents of ANAFI’s microSD card: the hard reset procedure has generated a .TXT document named “wifi_security_key” at the root of the microSD card.
This document confirms the hard reset procedure is complete and successful.

Soft Reset - thru FF6
Power up drone and connect thru FF6
Select drone icon on top of screen
Then scroll to bottom of on right of screen below map
there you will find a a reset button
One done it should prompt you for camera calibration
I'm not sure if there is a difference between hard and soft resets
But may be worth a try
Good luck
