Anafi doesn't power on

Hi there, I received a brand new Anafi after switching under warranty due to a sudden crash. I am a professional videomaker and Anafi crashed with no reason during a flight. Now, after unboxing and battery charging, I tried to switch it on but nothing happens: after pushing (shortly) the switcher battery leds turn on for a few seconds and the drone doesn't power up.... what can I try to do? I tried both with new and "old" batteries". Thanks.

I'd plug a power cable into the battery too and make a video showing how well the battery is pluged in and the Anafi is not staring. Then send to the support. There must be a reason, so they will help you.

Have you checked that none of the very small pins in the battery connector on the Anafi are bent?

Yes Liger 1956, everything seems to be ok... Actually the strange thing is that even if there were the "seals" on the box, once opened the paper that was wrapping the bag with the items was broken... maybe it is a refurbished one?
