Anafi no longer switches off ????

Hello Anafi friends,

since today my Anafi can no longer be switched off, yesterday everything was okay, no crash, no error messages.
Short press on the I / O switch, long press on the I / O switch, Anafi does not switch off.
Hard reset (battery button pressed for 15 seconds with charging cable plugged in), error remains.
Tested with 3 batteries, connected to WLAN, not connected, with SC3, without SC3, error remains.
Smartphone with Android 9, FF6 V. 6.6.9, FW Anafi: 1.6.8, FW SC3: 1.6.3, batteries: FW new.

Does anyone have any advice for me?

As you are experiencing this with all three batteries I would first check to see if the multi-connector that the battery mates with on the Anafi hasn’t any malformed or broken contacts. A contaminant may have got into one of the contacts so a quick blast of compressed air and some contact cleaner might also help.

I reset the Anafi via the FF6 app and lo and behold, Anafi can be switched off again ?.
