As I have already 2 Anafi with Sky controller and bag and battery. Do you know if we can buy only the thermal drone?

My Anafi thermal dropped out of the sky after 6 seconds.Note did battery firmware update and this was first flight.Took off went to 15 ft and waited for it to get home lock like I always do with all my drones.It just shut off and dropped breaking gimbal and one of the rear arms.Only a dozen flights on it and the battery was still on it when it dropped.I have been flying for five years and am aware to always install battery and check it as part of my preflight checklist.Parrot said they do not cover the thermal drone and gave me another company.They have not responded except to say they received my information.I am not impressed with my first Parrot purchase $2,200 thermal package including two extra batteries. I’m not sure if it is defective or was it the firmware?? Still waiting.I may have to return it to place of purchase for full refund if Parrot or their affiliate company doesn’t respond! Im glad I paid extra for that option..buyer beware!!
