andiron phone charging when connected to controller

is this normal or can I stop it,sony Xperia connected with usb-c cable the charging light on the phone comes on,there is a pop up comes on that says use usb to charge but its only on a second and cant change it,any help appreciated

To make it short : it is a well-known Android issue that can be mod using the videos mentionned (25 cents and 15mn of a DIY work without being so specialized)
