Battery problem or drone

I got ginen an old drone when I plug the batteries on the charger a red light comes up followed with green and then nothing happens. Any ideas? The batteries don't seem to be charged because the drone doesn't turn on. I have three batteries and all seem to have the same problem.
Any help is welcome

If you have a meter, measure the voltage of the batteries
