Beginners "follow me" question

"Has the Bebop2 got any basic follow me function, or must you by the app"?thanks

I'm sure I read somewhere that the Follow Me function was free now but I'm sure you'll have better idea than me since you have your drone connected to the app.

Thanks all,...... yes, I saw the icon on the screen, but wasn’t sure if it needed the purchased app to run it.
That’s something else to play with ?

Man that's a crock! Are they going to refund my 20 bucks that I just spent on 'Follow Me' a week or 2 ago!? Man, Parrots just batting a thousand with me lately.
