Brand new Thermal Anafi ..Rear arm cannot be locked in place !!

It is so strange that I got my new Anafi- Thermal and I am unable to lock the rear right arm in place. The other three legs lock in place !! Should i go thro' a warranty ceremony or simply open and fix. It is definitely a brand new piece.

If its brand new I would not touch it. Get in contact with your supplier immediately......there could be other issues with it that you have not come across yet.

Already did since yesterday. Hope they resolve this issue
