Had a wreck. Front end took a blow. Camera not responding. Disassembled it, checked the connections, put back together and everything worked. Went to test it in the air, and got the message "Check that that nothing is blocking the camera. Then restart your drone." Back to the bench, rechecked the connectors. Still getting the same message. What do I look at/for now?

Check that the gimbal motors are free to move throughout there travel. Also check that the gimbal is not bent. The message normally occurs when the camera cannot reach the extremes of it's travel during initialisation. If you search the forum you should find some posts from members who have had the same problem.
To add - make sure there is no notchy feeling in the range of movement.
And as mentioned by Liger 1956, make sure the camera can move to the end stops fully.
