CHA076001 vs. CHA076003 Chargers

I noticed a difference in the voltage and amp output between these two chargers.
The CHA076001 outputs 12.6 V 3.5 A and the CHA076003 outputs 13.05 V 3.3 A.

The CHA076003 shipped with the Bebop 2 packaged with the LiHV battery.
I guess Parrot doesn't see these tolerances to be very critical.
Neither of these charges are balanced chargers.

I did more research and answered my own questions. The CHA076001 Charger is the standard Bebop 2 charger and the CHA076003 is the Bebop 2 Power Charger. My Bebop 2 FPV shipped with the Power Charger and the LiHV upgraded battery. Makes the deal even better when you get the upgrade for free.
