Hi all

I'm getting this message that prevents take off.

Strangely the battery is at room temperature, so something might not be right....

Any hints, tips? (and yes I've resetted the battery several times)Screenshot_2020-07-22-14-59-59-884_com.parrot.freeflight6.jpgScreenshot_2020-07-22-15-00-14-068_com.miui.weather2.jpgScreenshot_2020-07-22-14-59-59-884_com.parrot.freeflight6.jpg

Are you actually getting any video feed? Or do you have no video feed and the low temp indicator?

Thanks to both.

It is not related to FF6 as it happens only with this battery and it can be seen on several phones both when connected on wifi directly or with the controller, and I can get video image but on this screenshot was not present, but can take other screenshots with video feed live.

Does it help if you have the battery down your pants for 10 minutes? I'm joking(though it does work in the winter). Have you tried a hard reset on the battery?

I wonder if it is actually seeing the battery is hot and the alarm is just mixed up. It would be interesting to see if you but the battery in a cooler and see if that makes any difference. LOL you never know what might fix a parrot :)

Really strange this battery. I guess it might be something on the control circuitry as I've discharged it fully until the drone switched off, and now the charging won't go above 1 green led flashing.

Does anyone remember on how to forcefully make a firmware update to the battery. This one (and all the others) was updated when the update came up a few months ago, but one never knows...

From what I see the app can tell if the battery needs firmware update, one would think resetting the battery would call for the update.

Off the wall recommendation. Put the battery on a heating pad when recharging and then in the ANAFI while its warm to see if the warning comes up, but don't fly with a heated battery, this is just to troubleshoot.

Would try that but with ambient temperature around 30/35C warming up would take them to strange temperatures.

I'm not sure if the battery pack does not have a temperature sensor internally (can't remember a disassembly video of the battery that shows all the internal components) and somehow that sensor is not connected/malfunctioning.

Well, as the battery was bought on the Parrot shop I've opened a support case. Let's see what comes...
