Connection problems

I have a strange problem. My Bebop 2 will connect via wifi with my phone. It will connect with my SC2.
My problem starts when I connect my phone to the SC2. I can fly the drone with the controller, but I can't see anything on my phone, just the static screen saying it is not connected.
I'm at a loss to explain it. FPV is the same. I can connect with the drone and fly it with my phone, but of course I have no range with that setup.
Any ideas out there?
I have found the main problem. I turned on the controller, connected my phone with the cable, but it's not seeing the controller. It shows "no controller". I even tried it with two different phones and cables.

Never mind everyone, I found the problem. It was the cables I used. Apparently both of them were bad. I used the cable that I use to charge my phone and it connected immediately.

But it's a good learning experience. Use good cables!
