Connections problems

Hi, I have been using my bepop 2 for 6 months with no problems connected to my Samsung galaxy note 9. Today I tried and the sky controller does not like connecting to my phone. The drone works with the phone. But as soon as I try connecting all 3 the red light flashes on the controller and can’t connect. And now after trying to get it working for an hour. the red light turns off as soon as I connect the phone to the controller.

Also tried connecting to my iPad and does the same.

Have tried fixes found on the web eg using airline mode and have checked that both devices are using latest versions of software and have reinstalled the app.

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I can use the sky controller,and I can use my tablet or phone. But can't connect all three. As soon as I do it says Free Flight Pro has stopped.
