Controller only Powers on When Plugged In

My Anafi controller powers on when I have it plugged in and open the phone holder, and displays the green light on top, but won't turn on if it's unplugged. It also won't connect to my S9. Any fix for this or do I need to send it back?

Unfortunately, there is no easy fix for your problem other than sending the controller back to a warranty repair where your Anafi has been purchased.
