How old are your batteries?
Motor bells clean and free from debris?
Did you hard reset them?
Flying with anything attached to drone?
Are you flying with modded or official app?
Are you using the official anafi batteries or the 3rd party ones?
How did you charge them slow or fast charge? What charger?
Maybe for them to be balance charged you need to use usb c port only.
My guess though is that the batteries are old, kept fully charged too long, or were never stored at 50% properly
