Does anybody have photo comparison between the Anafi and any of the DJI mini Drones?

Hey everyone,

Has anyone done detailed photo comparisons between the Parrot Anafi and any of the newer DJI Mini drones?

I feel like my time to switch to DJI is financially approaching, but I’m hesitant because I really value the Anafi for its photography capabilities. While its video performance isn't particularly great, I find its photo quality to be superb, especially with the unique ability to tilt the gimbal a full 180°. I found the true 360 photos pretty epic, even all these years later

That said, the newer DJI Minis (e.g., Mini 3 Pro or Mini 4 Pro) seem to have excellent software and advancements in camera tech on paper. I’m wondering if they truly outperform the Anafi in still photography, or if it’s worth holding on to the Anafi solely for photography purposes.??

I haven't done any comparisons only because I still haven't owned a DJI drone. Like you, I really appreciate the photo quality, the 180 degree camera tilt along with the flight plan capability among many others, including the ability to make the decision if I can take off, or not.

My budget would allow me to purchase pretty much any "consumer" class unit, but I still really like my Anafi. I do have a little Potensic Atom 3-Axis that is also an excellent flyer. I haven't spent enough time with the photo abilities to compare to the Anafi, but at only 12mp, I'm betting on the Anafi with it's 21mp camera to be the better still photo unit. Sorry, I'm not much help regarding your question...

here is a short vid I recorded using the DJI Mini 2 the opening scene is a 3 pic panorama shot using the Mini 2..... the weather here is SW Scotland has been pants for flying for months now..... I will try and get the Anafai-Mini 2-Mavic 2 pro out and get a comparison test done so that you can see the differences

weather here has been absolute pants for weeks now....however, I have managed to hunt down some comparison pics that I have taken using the Anafi, Mini 2 and the Mavic 2 Pro.... I used Adobe Lightroom to pop the colours as I shoot in the RAW mode.....

I would take the Mavic Pro 2 out of the equation as it has a 1" sensor and a variable aperture , the Mavic Pro 2 pic is in fact 27 individual RAW pics stitched together using Adobe Lightroom....
