Whats up with all the graffiti? We don't see that around here where I live except on some train box cars. Is this something that is accepted as art down there? Is it legal?

The storm water system is a popular place for graffiti amongst others. There is one whole section of I think 5 pieces in a row here that has remained unscathed of defacing & being tagged over as it is a tribute to the life of a 32 year old graffiti artist. It's not legal, no, neither is having a spray-can of paint on you if you are under 18.

Is it accepted as Art? Depends who you speak to.
