I’ll leave my original post for others who have the same question, but the answer is NO. According to the Anafi manual (approx pg 66), it’s not possible. (they suggest using a screen recorder as a work around).

In the Analyze screen it’s easy hide the thermal layer to view the underlying RGB footage. I don’t see a way to export that RGB footage without the thermal layer baked in. Am I missing something obvious?
