Extract Anafi metadata in real-time with ffmpeg or Gstreamer

Hi,

I would like to extract geolocation metadata from the Anafi video stream in real-time. Is there a way to use ffmpeg or Gstreamer to extract video metadata in real-time from the Anafi? Does anyone know if AirData or pyparrot (GitHub - amymcgovern/pyparrot: Python interface for Parrot Drones) would be useful to accomplish this task?
