You cannot downgrade the Anafi. You are stuck with it until they resolve this issue.

Is it not possible to somehow force Parrot to allow firmware downgrade? The last 4 firmware was full of bugs. New firmware is dangerous to the drone and to people and property due to autolanding.
Luckily for me, 1.6.3 is perfect (so far), but I don't understand why we have to accept that there's no way back from faulty firmware?
