when you run the FF6 software app then you will see that there will be a "1" next to your drone icon on the home screen..

I think FCC is working again.
Before update i'm stuck in CE channels.
After update i have FCC channels.
I update from 1.6.7 to 1.6.8 with fake gps to Amerika, and vpn to Amerika.
After that i have fcc channels with only fake gps on.
With fake gps off, i have only ce channels again.

Took the new updated Anafi Thermal for a spin. The wind was too strong for high altitudes. Flew around my yard till it used up 85% of the battery. No problems.

Well have nothing to loose at this point. I upgraded and yes my FCC channels are back and distance seemed good.
Was a quick flight so only went out about 800 feet but solid wifi connection
I have tears of joy running down my face - Dgas seemed to be correct - FW
I did not see any battery upgrade on this
Will do some more testing this weekend

Ok so now if they will just replace my lost drone from Saturday, I will be a real happy camper

Would be interested to see, if you remove the new version of FF6 and go back to using something like "FF6_6.6.2.203_FCC" if you get FCC back or does it stay in CE mode?

Also, in CE Mode, what the signal is like?

Thats a very odd result you got there.

I would of thought as you are EU, you should get the channels from the 2nd Picture; 1 - 11 149 - 165 which would be CE mode

With FakeGPS I would expect to see the first picture giving 1 - 48 which would be FCC mode

Again would be interesting to see what channels you get using the modified APK file FF6_6.6.2.203_FCC

Well like i said my country is not in European comunity and we have really different laws and here is a litlle bit odd stuff in political meaning so i'm not surprised... So i could try without fake gps to see how is it fly.
And could it be something because i just checked this in my home not outside, probably not but need to ask.
