I have not experienced this, but the first thing I would do is create a new Flight Plan identical to this one and see if the behavior is the same. If is is not, and the new plan goes according to plan (  ) then something happened to the first plan between the first flight and the others. I have found that it is ridiculously easy to foul up a flight plan without even realizing that you touched the screen! I reload the flight plan for each iteration of that plan for that reason.
