From what I have read this applies. In CE mode you have 13 channels (the first ones), in FCC you have 11. So if you see 11 channels in the transmission settings, you have the FCC mode. Now why I do not have those extra channels It really does not matter as channels 149- 169 produce the best output for FCC.
