If you were feeling experimental, there are sometimes options in the Accessibility section on your phone settings to zoom the screen. Perhaps you could try this? Although you're best flying with all the information visible.

I think Parrot should think about updating the firmware to allow you to swipe the screen to view just the camera for precise framing, like DJI. I should not be so difficult...
