Hey everybody i am in need of help ! WHITE ANAFI cant figure out what's wrong: Battery Identification Failed

please anyone i have tried anything and everything i have reset battery, reset drone ,reset controller and i keep getting this error, it wont take off, it starts up then makes 3 beeps and by the sd card slot it blinks red while on the 4g slot it blinks green , on the app it says battery identification fail, but the camera still works aand the controller. here are some pics

I really don't know anything about the Anafi Ai, but does the manual define the various error messages, etc.? There are several Anafi FB groups, so I would guess there are some Anafi Ai groups that may be able to help you...
