I've always heard batteries should not be drained all the way down to 0% and should not be 100% fully charged for too long. So what is the "sweet spot" as far as proper amount of battery use before deciding to land?

i also try and land around 20% battery
as for being 100% for to long i believe the Anafi battery has a built in feature that if not used in 14 days it will enter hibernation mode and auto drain the battery to around 65% i think for better storage
the battery will need to be recharged to bring it out of hibernation mode.
