Like the title says I order a new Drone with Amazon/ Adorama but I was sent an open box Anafi Drone. Is there a way to find out how many hours the drone has. Or should I return for and get a brand new one?
Thank you.

Unless the person registered the drone and Parrot has a flight log I don't think you can know if it was flown and how many hours it might have been flown. For me I'd want a new one in an unopened box. If the seller was willing to allow me to fly it to make sure everything was working properly, register it with Parrot to make sure it hadn't been registered before AND give me a significant discount I might consider keeping it

Dumb question...but how did you know it was an open box? Are the seals (clear plastic tape on the sides) gone, ripped, or torn? If you are sure it is an open box - then call Amazon and ask them for a new replacement.

Thank you for your answers.
I was hoping to be able to check the flght numbers cause returning it = I won't have a drone and I needed it asap!
Yes the clear plastic tape on the sides was ripped and the box looked pretty old and stained. The controller has fingerprints all over it.
I'm trying to return it to Adorama with Amazon but Adorama doesn't have a pre-paid return label option. Fustrating!
Fortunately I used Amazon.com they are in the process of helping me...
Happy droning!
