From the air the shot gives such a good perspective of how big the dam is. That is a lot of water.

Yep, reservoir is certainly big. It's also the UK's tallest dam according to wikipedia.

I bet is would make a cool shot to fly low and rise up to the water lever. Either way cool video.

Yes, the Anafi with its upward-looking camera would be perfect for this kind of shot, if you could pull it off - you could potentially fly up the concrete spillway from the bottom and then up and over the crest and away over the surface of the water. I did consider trying something like this but wasn't game to try it as it was a fair way away from where I was standing and I was nervous about getting too close to the ground, and flying underneath the bridge over the slipway. Might make a great FPV flight one day if I'm there again and feeling braver, although I think I'd need to hone my flying skills a bit...
