Minor start up issue

Having a lot of success with the Anafi easy to fly and lots of fun. About 30 flights so far however occasionally when I power up the drone the green battery lights come on the fan starts but the blue light on the bottom stays dark. Then I cant shut it down without removing the battery. This usually fixes the problem but sometimes it takes two or three times to resolve. This happens about 1 in 10 times I power up. Anyone have similar issues and suggestions to fix the problem.

I have the same or similar issue after crashing the Anafi and the battery flying out. I purchased a new battery, but no luck. It turns on similar to this guys video, but I can't connect to it and I can't shut it off without removing the battery. I tried resetting it, but it won't reset as it did before.
