My Anafi just disconnect and crash today

I bought about half a year ago....played for few times
I had a problem with connecting the app with it...then the format problem from sd card.....I dont rly understand wts wrong with this ''Technology''
I am sure there's is more than 30% battery and it just suddenly disscounted and dropped.Luckly there is no one below.Gonna sd an email to Parrot.

Do you have more information on what you had been doing prior to the crash?

Are you using the latest versions of the software/firmware on both the Anafi and the controller?

Can you post a copy of the .json file here for us to look at? You can copy the .json file to your phone memory by finding the flight and then pressing the green square with an arrow on the right hand side of the screen.
