New pilot but need help!

Hi, first post so be gentle.

New pilot, (although flown RC heli’s and planes before) brand new Anafi.
All software updated,IOS, drone and controller calibrated. Batteries fully charged.
Airplane mode selected and IPhone connected by Apple lead to controller.

Take off button selected and drone rises to about five inches and then pitches forward onto its back.

Reset, re-calibrated and try again but the same thing happens.

Am I missing something as I can’t seem to find any answers?? Many thanks in advance!

It was me with the Initial problem...
Drone was brand new but after the first “flip” I had to change one of the props. Couldn’t see how they could go on a different way to how I put them on but I’d there anything I can refer to do that I can check?

Take a video, pictures of the props, please.
But with " drone rises to about five inches and then pitches forward " there should be something else.
If it would flip direct after starting, props.
If rises to 5 ft, perhaps front motors loose power, 90 degree, anafi switches off?
So "fall down from sky", just not from so high?

I suspect that the props are in the orientation

now all working fine, it was indeed a prop fitted in the wrong orientation from the factory..... poor QC there.....
