Under Settings > Piloting, the first two are Max Inclination and Max Inclination Speed. I have assumed that this means the max angle (tilt) of the Anafi and the speed at which that max angle is achieved when using full right stick to go forward, backward or sideways. Is this correct?
One other question for the future is how one would unload some map sets from the smartphone memory when one no longer needs them.
