NO WARRANTY on Parrot Anafi in the United States

I purchased a Parrot Anafi from B&H Photo & Video.
The controller was cutting in and out when connected to the phone, then didn't connect at all.
Parrot APPROVED a warranty replacement on the CONTROLLER.
I was told only B&H could honor the warranty.
Upon contacting B&H, B&H informed me that ONLY PARROT could honor the warranty.
I called Parrot. Paul Watson said that only B&H could honor the warranty.
And I called B&H one more time... but only Parrot could honor the warranty they said.
I was still within a few days of my 30 day return to B&H.
I returned the whole extended drone package for a refund.
BE WARNED, the 2 year warranty statement on the Parrot website is a SCAM.

90 warranty. Or you can buy a Drone warranty separately.

My experience with an Anafi purchased at BestBuy is identical to yours ( see that post). And I see a user of Anafi USA is also having support issues with Parrot. The drone is great ( right up to when it comes straight down), but the company doesn’t honor its warranty. There are better options available from other manufacturers.
