...not working

In the app it says that there's something stopping the camera from being stable and the gimbal can't work. I checked and I can't find anything in the system. Do you think it's a software problem. Only explanation I have

I assume that it has been working previously.
Did the Anafi crash or land heavily last flight?
You can try removing the white cover from the camera and see whether it initialises.
