Parrot support regarding BETA firmware and lost purchases

I fired off an email to Parrot support regrading the v3.6.1-rc2 BETA firmware that I inadvertently installed and the loss of my 2 in app purchases.... yay.. received a reply about 10 min ago.. all they wanted to know was "Kindly provide us with the order number of your in-app purchases" ....WTF... no help with the BETA firmware..... :(
 
Ya I just got another reply on Google Play Store stating what was posted on the developers web page.
More run around and bull crap.
Of course doing what they said to do is the reason we don't have our In App Purchases anymore but hey they just don't seem to get it.
 
hopefully the penny will drop at some point for them.... looks like the Play store reply is an automated one....LOL..
 
Did you guys had the fake credit card option , i did, and got my purchased flight plan and also follow me witch i didn't purchase ???
