From the instructions in the manual it reads as follows.
. On your smartphone, turn on the Bluetooth® function and open the FreeFlight Mini application. > The application automatically connects to the Parrot Mambo
So if the mambo uses bluetooth to connect it should connect to a computer that has bluetooth running. I'm guessing you would need some kind of App on your computer to complete the connection.
