Replacement delivery issue

Hi
Parrot in the US office is going to replace my drone. The issue is they don't deliver to Canada, where I live. Has anybody dealt with this issue?

Good luck. It will not happen unless you know someone in the US that is willing to send it to you.
Like I said good luck. I been dealing with this since Jan 15th.
 
Did you buy it from a retail store in the U.S.? If yes, is it possible to have Parrot ship it to that retailer and have them ship it to you?
 
Depends who you talk to at Parrot.
1)They would accept it from Canada if you are refused coverage by the retailer.You need that in writing.
2) They would accept it from "your freind" in the U.S.(how does that work with a receipt from a Canadian retailer?)
But how do you get it back?

I really dont think there is any logical answer to their lack of warranty or shipping to Canada.

I think Parrot doesn't have a clue.I still love my Anafi.
