since I couldn't find any information about my problem here in the forum, but was able to solve it myself, I didn't want to withhold the workaround from you.

/Android/data, you have to connect your cell phone to the PC and then create the folder /Android/data/com.parrot.freeflight6usa/files/flightPlan, whereby /Android/data/com.parrot.freeflight6usa/files/ should already exist.You can then create and save flight plans as usual.
